Nigerian owned Hubpharm Africa has emerged as the winner of the 2nd edition of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) Startup Awards.
Hubpharm, led by its Co-founder and CEO, Tope Kareem, went home with $30,000 at the ceremony held at the ECOWAS Commission in Abuja on Wednesday.
A Senegalese Start-up, Gaynako came first runner up.
