The Nigeria Police Force (NPF) Pensions Limited says it is eyeing opportunities in the Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals, the stock market, infrastructure funds and private equity as it seeks to boost investment returns for police officers and retirees
The Acting Managing Director of NPF Pensions Limited Mohammed Dutse, stated this in Abuja on Monday during the 2026 Customer Service Week celebrations, noting that the company was widening its investment options as changes in monetary policy reshape returns available from traditional investments.
He said the recent reduction in the Monetary Policy Rate (MPR) was being considered as part of the changing investment environment, adding that NPF Pensions would not depend solely on what banks offer on deposits.
